From 2004 Panos Dendrinos established the company Dendrinos Exclusive Properties aiming to finding beautiful pieces of land, in the northern part of Kefalonia, with sea views and privacy on which to build houses for sale or rental.

Until now the company’s portfolio includes houses already completed, houses in the process of construction that the potential buyers can complete according to their own taste and needs and properties yet to be build according to the way the customers wish, with the company providing a full consultancy and construction team.

Moreover, from 2011, after years of experience and comprehension of the real needs of clients for their property requirements Dendrinos Exclusive Properties is now in collaboration with Unique Properties therefore becoming the leader in property development specializing in modern and traditional stone housing.
